Danielle is a yogi-angel that happily came down from heaven. Her passion for seeing her clients evolve in their yoga practice speaks in her classes. Her flows have a dance that pull you effortlessly like a lead in a salsa dance. She has a theatrical and precise way of cueing that allows the breath to move with each step. No two classes are ever the same and I think that shows her care in teaching. Her class is definetly the highlight of my Tuesdays and I wish I could attend more!

All classes at BodyMindLife are held by experienced teachers who will step into the role of your mentor and guide you as you evolve on your wellness journey

As well as Yoga, we offer a range of Pilates classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced (see our timetable here)

For new members we offer a heavily discounted intro pass where you can dive into as much yoga & pilates as your heart desires for 14 days.
