What about my paymentWhen a pause is activated, your membership payment is placed on pause as well and will resume its cycle when the membership resumes. Example if your payment is on a Monday and you pause on a Tuesday for 10 days, then the next payment will be 6 days after the membership resumes if on a weekly payment plan. Pauses start just after midnight local time of the studio, and resume just before midnight of the day of resumption. PLEASE NOTE: Payments due on the same day as a pause is due to start will often be taken, in that case when your membership resumes you would then receive a week of practice before the next payment is taken.

Pausing your membershipIt is just a simple chat message where you just tell our AI what to do. Just think of what you would tell one of our team when wanting to pause your membership will help. If it doesn't understand, it will tell you. Best format is Pause from start date to end date Examples Pause from 23rd Dec to 7th Jan Pause from Monday next week for 2 weeks Pause now for 10 days Pause maintenant pour 10 jours Pausa ahora por 10 días 今から10日間休止してください 现在暂停10天 You can pause for 7 or more days and a maximum of 8 weeks (56 days). You can only do 4 pauses per year. The AI is expecting a maximum of 30 words, or 300 characters. If you are above this, the AI won't do anything. It is also looking for the keywords of Pause, Resume or variations like Hold or Suspend

I get an error messageIf the AI can't work out what you are asking when you have a pause or resume in your question. For a pause to work, it is expecting to workout a start date and either and then end date or duration. The best way is to write pause from a date to a date just like when you tell one of our team members. It works best if the start date of the pause and the end date of the pause (the resume date) are sent within the same one message, ie. it is expecting you have an end date. The other keywords is pause status which gives back information about what can be done.

Need to change your dates?Just use the same message as for a normal pause request and this will update your current pause request.

Do I get notifiedYou get a message 36 hours (ie midday) before the pause or resume is to happen. Then you get a message when the action has happened and what has happened, ie did it go through. For a pause to happen, your membership must be in good standing. If there are any errors, you need to contact the team to let them know so they can see what has happened and fix it up for you.

How does a trial pass work?The trial pass is a one time offer and is available for new students who have not practiced at BodyMindLife Bondi. Your trial pass will activate from the date you choose at purchase time not at your first booking, so if you wish to buy it in advance make sure you choose the activation date that you wish. The trial pass is a non-refundable and non-transferable – there are no suspensions or extensions available. Once your trial pass ends it will automatically expire and will not roll over to a membership.

Where do I put my belongings while I practice?Please take care of all your belongings and store any personal items in a locker in the changing rooms. BodyMindLife takes no responsibility for the items you choose to leave unattended whilst you practice. Unfortunately, we are not immune to theft.

Do you have showers at your studio?Yes! Our change rooms are fitted out with lockers & showers. You are required to bring a towel but if you need you can hire one at reception for $3

What should I expect at my first class?Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time and sign in for your class with your teacher. Late entry is not permitted. For security reasons, the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class. No shoes, phones, bags or glass water bottles are allowed in the practice rooms. We highly recommend that you bring your own yoga mat for hygiene reasons. However, we do have a few mats in studio if required. Socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes.

Pets and Service AnimalsPlease be aware that pets and service animals cannot be brought into the classroom and are not permitted to wait in the studio while you practice.

Can I cancel my membership?Yes, however our memberships have an 8 week minimum so memberships can be cancelled once that term is complete. Annual Memberships are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your weekly membership you can do so via the app. Within the app: - Tap Memberships/Passes - Tap Subscriptions, written at the top of the list - Tap More Details on the relevant subscription - Click the 3 white dots in the top right corner - Click Cancel subscription Your membership will cancel at the end of your current payment cycle. If you are planning to eventually return to the studio, we recommend suspending your membership to avoid needing to join a new contract. Please make sure you cancel your membership as non-attendance won’t automatically cancel your membership contract and we are unable to refund membership payments.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?Plans change! If you book into class and are unable to attend, please early cancel at least 2 hours before your yoga or Pilates class is due to start via your app. If you fail to do so you will incur a late cancellation fee $15, or no show fee $25 (class pass holders and pre-paid corporate accounts will also lose a class). Please read our cancellation policy for the full details.

Is it possible to join in if I’m late for the class?No, sorry. Late entry is not permitted. The studio doors will open 10 minutes before the class starts to give our team time to clean properly and do any prep before classes. For security reasons, the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class and we don’t always have staff working at the desk. Please check-in at with your teacher before each class and allow plenty of time to get yourself ready for your class.

When are classes available to book?The schedule is available 7 days in advance.

How many classes can I book a day?Our memberships are unlimited. However, please be mindful when you pre-book your classes. We do have a 2 hour cancellation policy and if you forget to cancel your booking you many incur a fee. This booking policy is in place to allow everyone a fair chance to attend a class and also to prevent no show visits.

Are bookings essential?Bookings are highly recommended. If you show up at the studio without a pre-booking we cannot guarantee you a spot in the class.
