Essentials Yoga - Level 2
About This Class
Building upon the foundations from Level 1, Essentials Level 2 introduces the option for more challenging postures and transitions. Whether you're progressing from Level 1 or seeking to refine your existing practice, this class provides the guidance and challenge needed for continued growth. The Yoga Essentials Program operates on an 8-week cycle, each week focusing on a specific theme. This intentional structure encourages repetition and deepening of foundational principles and movement patterns, ensuring a thorough understanding before progressing to new levels. We recommend Yoga Essentials Level 2 for beginners to intermediate practitioners who are ready to take their yoga journey a step further. Also suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Classes are heated to a maximum of 26 degrees. We do our best to keep the room at a comfortable temperature and recommend that you come hydrated, dress light, and bring a towel and water. If you are injured or pregnant please let your teacher know before class begins.
