The pace is meditative, emphasizing connected breathing to promote peace and calm in body and mind. Move from pose to counter pose with longer, deeper holds, creating a full-spectrum practice that will leave you feeling centered and relaxed. Yoga Slow Flow is suitable for intermediate students, including pregnant students with a regular practice. If you are newer to yoga we recommend getting confident with our Essentials Classes prior to attending Slow Flow.
