Essentials Reformer Pilates OP


About This Class

Pilates Essentials classes are beginner friendly and also suitable for more experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their current practice and technique. With a strong focus on technique and alignment, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates, how to safely move your body on the reformer machine while still receiving a full body workout with an emphasis on control and precision. These classes are also suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Grip socks ARE REQUIRED for all Pilates Reformer classes for safety and hygiene reasons. Socks are available for purchase at the studio as needed. This class is included on the off-peak pilates membership.
